The Brief
A luxury digital showroom and integrated barcode POS management platform for Nila Jewellery, combining real-time 3D WebGL ring inspection (Three.js/Fiber), gold karat purity calculators, camera barcode scanning (ZXing), and automated PDF sales receipt generation.
The Challenge
"High-end jewellery clients required photorealistic 3D interaction with diamond cuts and metal purities (18K, 21K, 22K Gold), while store managers needed a live POS barcode scanner to track high-value physical inventory without manual log errors."
Architecture & Execution
Built a photorealistic 3D ring showcase using Three.js, React Three Fiber, and HDR environment reflection shaders.
Engineered an in-browser barcode camera scanner (ZXing / BWIP) and POS terminal for fast stock lookups and instant bill generation.
Integrated Supabase PostgreSQL database for real-time gold weight, diamond carat, and daily gold rate pricing calculations.
